A minimum of seats to run
Zero means a guaranteed departure. With a minimum, the departure is confirmed once the seats sell, and the site says so.
For a festival, a concert, an airport or a fixed line. The passenger looks up the departure, picks the seats, pays and gets a QR ticket for each leg. You run everything from the Control Room: passengers, vehicles, drivers and messages.
Included in the Pro+ and Leader plans · Multilingual pages
You create the stops once, with a map, boarding instructions and a photo of the meeting point. You link them to an event, such as a festival, or to a fixed line. Or you serve a zone around a point, and the passenger types their own address.
The generator creates the outbound and return departures in one go for the dates, stops and times you choose. Each departure has its seats, a minimum to run and a sales cutoff. Seats left and last seats update on their own.
Prices live in bands: adult and child, outbound and return. Each stop uses a band, so a seasonal price change is one edit, not forty.
Each leg has its own signed QR, in the email, in the PDF and on the confirmation page. The driver scans it from their portal: one scan boards the whole party, and a duplicate or cancelled ticket is refused. It works without a signal too.

For each departure: passenger list with exports, vehicles with a driver or a partner, the final time to announce, messages by email or SMS, waiting list and payments. If you cancel the departure, the system notifies the passengers and refunds what was paid online.
Like a coach line website, but on your own domain and with your own prices.

Every feature below is already in the dashboard, under Shuttle. You set it up once per season.
Zero means a guaranteed departure. With a minimum, the departure is confirmed once the seats sell, and the site says so.
Sell a window, for example from 15 to 17, and set the exact time later. Then send it to the passengers.
You decide how much to refund and until when. The system calculates the refund, the same for everyone.
From their booking page, while the departure is open. They see the refund before confirming.
The system notifies the passengers and refunds what was paid online. Any left to do by hand stay on a list.
When a departure is full the passenger joins the list. When a seat frees up you invite them by email with a deadline.
Email, SMS or both to every passenger, with the number of recipients and the SMS cost shown before sending.
One or more vehicles per departure, each with its driver or a partner. The seats are checked against capacity.
A large group sees how much more a private vehicle costs, with the real price from your own rates.
Boarding time, luggage and rules of carriage from a ready template, at checkout and on the ticket.
Departure search, fare table, timetable per stop and rules: sections that read the real data, on any page.
The passenger list in PDF, Excel and CSV for the driver, and a report with the load of every departure.
A shuttle booking is a booking like any other, with its own filter. A round trip is one booking holding its two departures.
The shared shuttle is included in the Pro+ and Leader plans, together with tours. Same site, same back office, same payment as your transfers.
Tours have their own page: a catalogue with photos and itinerary, a calendar with seats, prices per adult, child or group.
The answers to the questions chauffeur companies ask us most often before starting: costs, timing, domain, payments, back office.
You create the stops, the fares and the departures: each departure has a date, a time, seats and a minimum to run. The passenger looks up the departure on your site, picks the outbound and, if they want, the return, pays for their seats and gets a QR ticket for each leg. It is built for events, festivals, airports and fixed lines.
No. The driver opens their portal on your site, picks the departure and scans the QR on the ticket with their phone. One scan boards the whole party, and a ticket already used, cancelled or for another departure is flagged. The list and the scanning work without a signal too and sync afterwards.
Every departure has a minimum number of seats, and the site says clearly whether it is guaranteed or runs once the minimum is reached. If you cancel it, the passengers are notified and what was paid online is refunded. Refunds the payment provider cannot process on its own stay on a list until you settle them.
Yes, from their booking page, while the departure is still open. The refund follows the cancellation policy they accepted, for example 100% up to 30 days before, and they see it before confirming.
Yes. Hourly hire, meaning car and driver by the hour or by the day, is included in every plan. Tours and the shared shuttle are two separate products, each with its own page on the site: tours with a calendar and seats, the shuttle with departures at fixed times and a QR ticket. Both are activated from the Pro+ plan. All from the same site, with the same payment.
