I already have a back office: do I have to change it?
No, you choose. If you want to keep yours, you connect it: any back office or CRM receives every booking in real time through the API and webhooks, also via Zapier, Make or n8n (API included from the Pro+ plan). But with the site you already have a chauffeur back office included, made to work with the site: bookings, drivers, partners, deadlines and invoices in a single plan, without copying anything over.
Does the back office do electronic invoicing?
Yes. Sales and purchase documents, proforma invoices, receipts, credit notes and the day book are in the back office. The electronic invoice and the PA invoice come out in XML: you upload them to the service you already use, or connect Aruba and send them to the SDI from there.
Do I have to get paid online?
You choose: card online, cash to the driver, deposit. Per route if you like.
How much does it cost?
From €55 a month with 12 months upfront, €69 with 6 months: all included, no surprises. No setup fee. You pay by bank transfer against an invoice, and there is no automatic renewal. There is no free plan.
What if I stop?
