Categories and catalogue
Food and wine, city, nature, sea and more categories. The tours page of the site filters itself.
A page for every tour, with photos, itinerary and prices. The customer picks the date, the time and the participants, pays online and gets the ticket. The booking lands in the same back office as your transfers.
Included in the Pro+ and Leader plans · Multilingual pages
A gallery of up to 40 photos, description, highlights, a stop by stop itinerary, what is and is not included, questions and answers. The customer understands what they are buying before they book.
Choose the season, the days and the departure times, how late a booking can be made and the closed dates. The calendar on the site opens only the real departures and counts the seats left.
A price per person with adults, children and infants, or one price for the whole group. Add variants such as half day and full day, seasonal prices, extras and promo codes.
The customer pays with the methods you already accept for transfers, also with a deposit now and the balance on the day. They get the confirmation email with the PDF ticket and the file for their calendar.
From your site to the day of the tour, with no phone calls and no paper lists.
From the catalogue with category filters, from the home page or from a link you send.
The calendar shows only the available dates and the price updates as they choose.
Extras, a promo code and payment the way you prefer: all online, a deposit or on arrival.
A confirmation email with the PDF ticket, the calendar file and the My booking page.
Every feature below is already in the dashboard, under Tours. You build it once, then it sells on its own.
Food and wine, city, nature, sea and more categories. The tours page of the site filters itself.
Half day and full day, or departures from different cities: each variant has its own price, duration and times.
One price for the high season and one for the rest of the year, per variant. The calendar applies the right one.
Lunch, a tasting, entrance tickets: extras with their own price, chosen by the customer at checkout.
A private tour closes the departure on the first booking. A small group sells seats until it is full.
Season, days and times, how early bookings close, how many months the calendar is open, closed dates.
A tailor-made tour with no price and no calendar: the customer sends a request and you agree the date and the price.
A meeting point with a map and instructions, or pickup at the customer's address, asked at checkout.
You decide until when the customer cancels for free: they see it on the tour page, at checkout and in the email.
Every tour has its own page in every language of the site, with SEO title and description, structured data and sitemap.
The tour stays a draft until it is complete. A checklist tells you what is missing and a private link shows it on your site.
A similar tour starts as a copy of an existing one, with variants, prices, times, extras and translations.
A tour booking is a booking like any other: you find it where you find transfers and you handle it the same way.
Tours are included in the Pro+ and Leader plans, together with the shared shuttle. Same site, same back office, same payment as your transfers.
The shared shuttle has its own page: departures at fixed times, single seats, a QR ticket and check-in from the driver's phone.
The answers to the questions chauffeur companies ask us most often before starting: costs, timing, domain, payments, back office.
In the dashboard, under Tours, you type the title and fill in the tabs: basics, content, photos, prices and variants, availability, policies, translations and SEO. A checklist tells you what is missing and the tour goes live when it is complete. Before publishing it, you see it on your own site through a private link.

Yes. A tour on request shows the photos, the itinerary and the details, but instead of the calendar there is a form with the preferred date, participants and a message. The request reaches your dashboard and you agree the date and the price with the customer.
The confirmation page with the booking number, an email with the details, the PDF ticket and the file that adds the tour to their calendar. With the number and their email they can find the booking whenever they want. You get an email with who, when, where and what is still to be collected.
Yes. Hourly hire, meaning car and driver by the hour or by the day, is included in every plan. Tours and the shared shuttle are two separate products, each with its own page on the site: tours with a calendar and seats, the shuttle with departures at fixed times and a QR ticket. Both are activated from the Pro+ plan. All from the same site, with the same payment.
You choose: card online, cash to the driver, deposit. Per route if you like.
You set it up yourself, with the AI guiding you: no expertise needed. No commitment, no automatic renewal.
