Tours and the shared shuttle are two separate products, each with its own page on the site: tours with a calendar and seats, the shuttle with departures at fixed times and a QR ticket. Both are activated from the Pro+ plan. All from the same site, with the same payment.
In the dashboard, under Tours, you type the title and fill in the tabs: basics, content, photos, prices and variants, availability, policies, translations and SEO. A checklist tells you what is missing and the tour goes live when it is complete. Before publishing it, you see it on your own site through a private link.
Yes. Each variant has a price per person, with adults, children and infants, or one price for the whole group. You can add seasonal prices, extras such as lunch or an entrance ticket, and promo codes. The final price is always recalculated by the system at the moment of confirming.
Yes. A tour on request shows the photos, the itinerary and the details, but instead of the calendar there is a form with the preferred date, participants and a message. The request reaches your dashboard and you agree the date and the price with the customer.
The confirmation page with the booking number, an email with the details, the PDF ticket and the file that adds the tour to their calendar. With the number and their email they can find the booking whenever they want. You get an email with who, when, where and what is still to be collected.
You create the stops, the fares and the departures: each departure has a date, a time, seats and a minimum to run. The passenger looks up the departure on your site, picks the outbound and, if they want, the return, pays for their seats and gets a QR ticket for each leg. It is built for events, festivals, airports and fixed lines.
No. The driver opens their portal on your site, picks the departure and scans the QR on the ticket with their phone. One scan boards the whole party, and a ticket already used, cancelled or for another departure is flagged. The list and the scanning work without a signal too and sync afterwards.
Every departure has a minimum number of seats, and the site says clearly whether it is guaranteed or runs once the minimum is reached. If you cancel it, the passengers are notified and what was paid online is refunded. Refunds the payment provider cannot process on its own stay on a list until you settle them.
Yes, from their booking page, while the departure is still open. The refund follows the cancellation policy they accepted, for example 100% up to 30 days before, and they see it before confirming.
