This page explains how a Tosiu subscription is paid, what you can and cannot get back, and what happens when a plan expires. It is part of our Terms of Service (sections 6 and 7) and applies to every Operator using the platform. Tosiu sells software subscriptions to businesses; it never sells transport and never handles your Customers' payments, so nothing here concerns the fares your Customers pay you.
1. How you pay
- You choose a plan (Starter, Pro+ or Leader) and a period of 6 months or 1 year. Prices are published on tosiu.com/pricing.
- The whole period is paid in advance, in one bank transfer, against an invoice issued by I/E TOSIU. The plan starts when the payment arrives.
- The price per month shown on the site is the prepaid period divided by its months; billing is always per period.
2. No automatic renewal, no obligation to renew
- A plan never renews by itself and no card or mandate is stored. Before the end of the period we remind you and issue the invoice for the next one.
- You are never obliged to renew. If you do not want to continue, you simply do not pay the new invoice: no notice, no cancellation form, no fee.
- An invoice for a new period that you do not pay is cancelled. Nothing is owed for a period that never started.
3. What happens when your plan expires
Your account, your Site and your data stay exactly where they are. Your Site stays online. What changes is that the platform switches to a limited mode until a new period is paid:
- Online payments are switched off. The payment gateway you connected (Stripe, PayPal, SumUp, Nexi and the others) is disabled on your Site; Customers can still book and pay on arrival.
- Daily cap on searches and quotes. The number of booking searches and quote requests your Site answers per day is capped.
- Plan features are switched off. The features reserved to paid plans, for example the quotation manager, the automations and the sales channels of your plan, stop working until you renew.
Paying a new period restores your plan in full, with the same data. We may adjust what the limited mode includes with 30 days' notice on this page; we never delete your Site or your data because a plan expired.
4. No refunds
A subscription period is a purchase of access for that period at a discounted, prepaid rate. Once a period has been paid and started, the amount is not refundable, in whole or in part:
- if you stop using the platform or close your account before the period ends;
- if you do not use a feature, a Site slot, a mailbox or any other part of your plan;
- if your business changes, closes, is sold or loses its licence;
- if you downgrade to a smaller plan (the change applies from the next period).
The only exceptions are these:
- Termination by Tosiu without cause. If we close your account for a reason that is not a breach on your side before the end of a paid period, we refund the unused months pro rata (Terms, section 23).
- Duplicate or mistaken payment. If you paid an invoice twice, or paid an amount you did not owe, we refund the excess to the account it came from.
Upgrades are never a refund case: when you move to a higher plan during a period, the unused value of the current period is credited against the new plan.
5. How to ask
For a duplicate payment or a billing error, write to contact@tosiu.com from the e-mail address of your account, with the invoice number. We answer within five working days and pay approved refunds by bank transfer to the originating account within 14 days.
