  Create the return trip in one click

  Open a booking, press More and add the return: date and time, the price is calculated for you. You can also copy a booking for a customer who takes the same trip again.

  In the booking panel, the More menu has three new entries.

  • Add return to this booking: the one-way trip becomes a round trip. Pick the return date and time and see the new price at once; if you had set the total yourself, the same price is proposed for the return too.
  • Create return as a new booking: New booking opens with the route reversed and the same customer, passengers, vehicle and extras. Set the time and create.
  • Duplicate booking: the same trip for a regular customer, to complete with the new date.

  AI Agent: tell it what you need and it does it

  Your account menu now has AI Agent. You write what you need in a chat and it gets it done: site texts and pages, quotes and bookings, drivers and partners, prices, the formula, promo codes, deadlines and answers about your own figures.

  There is a new item in your account menu: AI Agent. It works like a chat. You write what you need, it does the work inside your account and tells you what it changed.

  A few things you can ask it:

  • Your website: change a text, create a new page and put it in the menu, write the title and description for Google.
  • The look: custom sections, a price table, a frequent questions block, all already fit for phones.
  • Quotes and bookings: prepare a quote or enter a booking while you are on the phone with the customer, then assign it to a driver or to a partner.
  • Prices: explain why a route costs what it does, tune the price formula, change your fixed routes, create a promo code, block the dates you do not work.
  • Your company: add a driver, a vehicle or a partner, record a cost, and tell you which trips you did with one company and what you owe them.
  • Deadlines: which licences, insurances and inspections are about to expire, and update the date when you renew.
  • Your figures: which trips you have tomorrow, how much you collected this month, which invoices are still unpaid, where your visits come from.
  • Photos and documents: send it a photo or a screenshot and it puts it on the site already light; send it a PDF, an Excel file or an XML invoice and it works on it.
  • Languages: it translates your pages into English and tells you what is still missing.

  Before anything important it shows you exactly what is about to change and waits for your yes. It only sees your account and your site, never anyone else's.

  You open it from AI Agent. Inside there is a guide with ready examples: tap Try it and the request is sent for you.

  Price Formula: train station surcharge and different amounts per vehicle

  In Price Formula you can now add a surcharge for train stations and give each vehicle its own amount and threshold. If you change nothing, your prices stay the same.

  There are two additions in Service & Pricing > Price Formula > Supplements.

  • Train station surcharges: you can add a surcharge for pickups or drop-offs at a station, as you already do for airports. Pick the station from a list of about 100 Italian stations, then the amount and, if you want, "Only below" to apply it only to rides under a given price. It has its own switch, separate from the airports.
  • Same supplement for all vehicles: when you open a surcharge with the pencil icon you find this checkbox, already ticked. Untick it to give each vehicle its own amount and, for airports and stations, its own "Only below" threshold. Example: sedan only below 120, minivan only below 150. It is available for airports, stations, roads and tolls, and vignettes.

  Payment link: the customer can complete a failed online payment

  When an online payment fails or the customer never comes back from the gateway, the booking panel now has "Send the payment link to the customer" and "Copy the link". The customer opens their page and pays with "Pay now".

  Until today a booking whose online payment was not completed (card refused, customer who closed the SumUp or other gateway page) stayed Awaiting payment with no way to get it paid, and the customer was sent back to the home page.

  • In the booking panel the yellow "Online payment not confirmed" card has two new buttons: Send the payment link to the customer (a "Complete your payment" email with a Pay now button goes out) and Copy the link to send it yourself by WhatsApp or SMS. The "I received the payment" button stays for money collected another way.
  • For the customer the link opens their "My booking" page with a "Complete your payment" card and the amount due: Pay now reopens the gateway payment. The same link works as many times as needed until the payment goes through.
  • A customer who leaves the gateway without paying now lands on that page instead of the home page.
  • Public API: every booking exposes payment_link while it is awaiting payment and the new POST /bookings/{ref}/payment-link resends the email. Details on your site's /connect/docs.

  Statistics: a new page about your company

  Analytics is now called Statistics and has two pages: Website, with the visitor figures, and Company, with services, customers, drivers, partners, fleet, payments, invoices and costs for any period.

  • Website: the visitor figures, as before.
  • Company: a new page with everything about your business: an overview with revenue, costs and margin, bookings, customers, drivers, partners, fleet, payments, invoices and costs. Pick the period, filter by one driver, vehicle, partner or customer, see the charts by month and download every view as CSV.

  The Summary button in Bookings, Customers, Drivers, Fleet and Partners opens the matching view directly.

  Automatic emails: all in one place, with their log

  New Automatic emails entry under Website: the emails you get, the ones for drivers and partners, the ones for customers, with their settings and the log of every send. Some settings moved there.

  The emails the platform sends on its own keep growing, and their settings were scattered between Account, Booking Setup and Settings. They now live in one place: Website, Automatic emails.

  • To you: the addresses that get a copy of every booking, and the daily trip reminder.
  • To drivers and partners: the daily reminder, and the list of emails that always go out (job assigned, portal access).
  • To customers: the reminder before the pickup (24, 48, 72 hours or off), the review request after the trip, and the booking confirmation that always goes out.
  • Sent log: every automatic email sent for your site, with recipient, type, subject and delivery status. Filters by recipient, period and search.

  What moved: the booking copies are no longer in Rules, the review request is no longer in Settings, the reminders are no longer in Account. Your values were kept.

  Reminder to the customer before the pickup: "your transfer is coming up"

  The customer gets an email 48 hours before the pickup, from your site in their language: time, pickup point, flight, sign, driver and booking link. In Automatic emails pick 24, 48, 72 hours or off.

  Like airlines two days before the flight: the customer gets an email before the pickup with everything they need. It goes out from your site, with your logo, in the language they booked in.

  • What it contains: date and time, route, pickup and drop-off point, flight or train, passengers, vehicle, what is left to pay the driver, the sign to look for at the airport, the driver's name and phone if you have already assigned one, and the button to view the booking.
  • When: 48 hours before the pickup. In Website, Automatic emails, you can pick 24, 48 or 72 hours, or switch it off. Cancelled bookings get nothing, and neither do bookings made less than 12 hours earlier, which have just received their confirmation. A round trip with the return on a later day gets a second reminder.
  • All tracked: every send shows in the booking's emails with its delivery status, in the booking history and in the customer's Email tab.

  It is on from now for every site, at 48 hours.

  Daily reminder of the day's trips, for you and for your drivers and partners

  Every night at midnight an email with the day's trips: to you with who executes each one and those still unassigned, to each driver and partner with theirs. Switch it off from Account.

  Every night at midnight, when there are trips that day, the reminder emails go out. Cancelled or deleted bookings never appear.

  • To you: every trip of the day in time order, with pickup, drop-off, passenger, phone, flight, pickup sign, vehicle and notes. Each trip shows who executes it; the ones with no driver or partner come first, highlighted, and are counted in the email subject. A button opens today's trips in the app.
  • To your drivers and partners: each gets only their own trips, from your site with your logo, with a button to the portal. Nobody with no trips that day gets an email.
  • All tracked: every send to a driver or partner stays in their Email tab and in the booking history, so you know the reminder went out.

  In Account, section Email preferences, two switches: one for your reminder, one for the drivers' and partners' one. Both are on.

  Agreed prices for one customer: routes and a discount in the customer record

  In Customers, tab Prices: agreed routes and a general discount for one customer. They apply on their own when the customer books on the site with their login, in quotes and in manual bookings.

  A hotel that sends you guests to the airport at an agreed figure, a long-standing customer you always charge the same: you now set it in their record.

  • Agreed routes: from one area to another, a price of their own per vehicle, the opposite direction included. Like fixed-price routes, but for that customer only. The origin fills itself with their address.
  • General discount: a percentage off the formula price of every trip without an agreed route. Agreed routes and fixed-price routes stay exact.
  • It applies on its own: when the customer books on the site with their login (an extra login of their company too), when you pick them in a quote or a manual booking. On the site the vehicle wears an "Agreed price" tag, and the confirmation, the email and the ticket say so.
  • May pay the driver: a switch in the record that offers that customer payment on arrival even when the site has it off.
  • Check it: in the Price formula tester the "As customer" field shows what they would see.

  Night supplement, dynamic pricing, round-trip discount, extras and promo codes apply as always. Formula-priced sites only.

  Marketplace: hand a trip to your partners with one link

  New Marketplace tool: publish a leg, share the link on WhatsApp and your partners take it, apply or bid. Net to the partner, passenger privacy, automatic assignment.

  From today you can hand over a trip you cannot cover without WhatsApp groups: open the booking, choose Offer on the marketplace and get a link on your own domain to share with your partners.

  • Three ways: first come first served (fixed price, instant assignment), you pick among applicants, or an auction with sealed bids and an automatic acceptance threshold.
  • The partner sees only what is needed: route, time, passengers, vehicle, flight and the net they earn. Never the passenger's name, phone or the customer price before the assignment.
  • Everything connected: whoever takes the trip is assigned to the booking like a hand-picked partner, with the net as the partner cost; the portal, the driver ticket, Compensi and the P&L work as always.
  • In the portal partners have a new Marketplace section with the open trips, their offers and the ones they took. A colleague who is not a partner yet applies from the same link.
  • The rules (Booking Setup, Rules): suggested margin, hours within which a partner may give a trip back, confirmation window, terms to accept.

  Price formula: a cleaner page, the tester on top, one row per option

  The Price formula page was redesigned: a summary on top, a section bar, the tester first and every option as one row with its own switch. Same data, same logic.

  The Price formula page was redesigned top to bottom, without changing how prices are computed.

  • Summary on top: bands, per-km rates, supplements on, vehicles and zones in five chips, refreshed after every save.
  • Section bar: stays put while you scroll and takes you in one tap to Base rate, Supplements, Vehicle prices, Fixed-price routes and Service area.
  • Test a quote comes first: the tester is the first thing you see, on the phone too. Focus mode sits in its header.
  • One row per option: empty leg, slow routes, long distances, elevation, airports, roads and tolls, vignette, approach, elastic area. Each has its switch on the right and shows its fields only while it is on; a row that is off still says how many entries it holds.
  • Explanations where they belong: one line under every title, the (i) icon on every field and "How it works" for the full explanation, when you want it.
  • Booking rule: rule, countries and maximum distance are grouped in the Service area, after the zones.

  Everything you had configured stayed exactly as it was.

  Fixed-price routes on the price formula

  On formula sites you can now set your own price, per vehicle, between two areas: city centre to the port, old town to the airport. The formula keeps pricing everything else.

  The formula prices every trip from the real route. Some pairs have a price of their own, whatever the kilometres say: Rome centre to Civitavecchia, the old town to the airport. You can now fix it.

  • Where: Price Formula, card 4 "Fixed-price routes". Add a route, pick the origin and destination areas (a place and a radius in km each, with a map) and type the price per vehicle. A vehicle left blank keeps the formula price.
  • Both directions: by default the route also applies the other way round; you can switch that off.
  • What stays on top: dynamic pricing, the night supplement, the round-trip discount, extras and promo codes apply as on any base price.
  • Check it at once: the tester at the bottom of the page names the route applied and tags the fixed-price vehicles. Quotes and manual bookings use the same rule.

  You decide whether the driver or partner sees the price

  A paid booking handed to a partner no longer shows the amount: a site rule, a per-trip choice, a driver ticket without the price, the portal in line.

  When you hand a trip to a driver or a partner firm, you now decide whether they see the customer's price.

  • Site rule (Booking Setup, Rules and payments): the price shows only while the customer still has to pay (default), always, or never. A paid booking therefore stays without an amount for whoever executes it; one still to be collected shows it, so the driver knows what to collect.
  • Trip by trip: in the assign window the field "Price visible to who does the job" overrules the rule for that leg. The booking panel marks it "Price hidden".
  • Driver ticket without price: in the booking's More menu and in the Trips row menu, the same PDF with no amount, for the whole booking or one leg.
  • Portal: drivers and partners see Price and To collect only when the rule allows it.

  The online booking process has been reviewed step by step with a focus on mobile: clearer information, more readable prices and a smoother path from the search to the confirmation.

  The online booking process on every site has been reviewed step by step, with particular attention to customers who book from the phone.

  The work covered the whole path, from the first search to the confirmation: the information shown at each step is clearer, prices and totals are easier to read, the controls are easier to reach on a small screen and the transition between the steps is smoother. The confirmation page, the emails and the documents the customer receives follow the same presentation.

  No action is needed on your side: the changes are already live on your site and the way bookings, prices and confirmations work is unchanged.

  Deadlines and dispatch, polished on the phone

  On the phone every deadline has its menu (open the file, delete), dispatch shows the whole week, the per-trip filter in Costs is visible and clearable, partners without the old Archive panel.

  A day of testing on every back-office screen, from the phone and from the desk.

  • Deadlines: on the phone every row has the three-dot menu (edit, open the file, delete, open the record), the document form refuses a wrong or oversized file at once and explains errors inside the form.
  • Dispatch: on the phone the whole week fits the screen and the day's numbers sit on two rows.
  • Costs: coming from a trip's costs, the filter shows as a chip and clears with one tap.
  • Partners: the "Archive (legacy data)" panel is gone; a partner's licence and insurance are filed as documents in Deadlines. Purchase invoices stay linked to the partner even after a rename.
  • Flights: the flight check also appears for codes that start with a digit (3F257).

  Smarter quotes: payment, currency and notifications

  Choose which methods the customer may accept each quote with. The customer page has language and currency at the top like the site. Customer details are optional: they fill them in when accepting.

  Three new things in Quotes.

  • Payment methods per quote: in the Price card pick, among the methods enabled on your site, the ones the customer may accept this quote with. All ticked = whatever the site offers, including methods you enable later; untick to offer pay-on-arrival only, or online only.
  • The customer page: one line at the top with your logo on the left and, on the right, the language and the currency like on your site. The customer reads the prices in the currency they prefer, as a guide at today's rate; the quote, the PDF and the booking stay in your currency.
  • Notifications: when a customer accepts you get the email at once like a website booking, and the customer gets the confirmation with the ticket at the quoted price.
  • Customer details optional: you can create and send a quote with only a phone number, or with nothing at all. The customer enters or corrects name, email and phone on the quote page when accepting: without them the booking does not start.
  • Where the request came from: in the Customer card you can note whether the quote was asked via WhatsApp, a phone call, email or other. Optional, for your eyes only.

  Also: a quote can be attached to an existing customer record (Search customer, the link stays visible) and Customer page opens the page the way they see it without marking it as viewed.

  Deadlines page, trips that know their invoice, a connected back office

  A new Deadlines page with every document and expiry; trips show their invoice and get invoiced in one click; customers, drivers, vehicles and partners connected to invoices, costs and dispatch.

  We connected the back-office tools to each other, taking the best of ten years of NCC operators' requests.

  • Deadlines (Company menu): one page for documents and expiry dates. Insurance, roadworthiness, road tax, ZTL permits, licences and CQC, partner licences, plus your own reminders. Colour states, views by month and by type, the attached file, the daily warning email. It replaces the old Documents tab inside Fleet.
  • Trips and invoices: every trip shows which invoice it is on, the menu offers "Invoice this trip", the Invoicing filter separates to-invoice from invoiced, and you can select several trips of one customer and invoice them together. The booking has an Invoicing card with the trip's costs.
  • Customers: invoicing defaults (method, terms, VAT, split payment, account) a new invoice inherits on its own, the company's contacts, and a Documents tab with the open balance.
  • Drivers, vehicles, partners: the driver's fitness before assigning, the vehicle's costs on its record, the partner's purchases and payroll on theirs.
  • Dispatch: the week bar, the day's numbers, plates to drag onto jobs, partner lanes, "Busy only".

  In Costs the supplier autocompletes from the names you already use, and there is a By supplier view.

  Invoicing: sales and purchase documents, cash book, e-invoicing with your own provider

  A brand new Invoicing menu: invoices, proformas, receipts and credit notes with partial payments, supplier invoices from XML or Aruba, a cash book with your accounts, online payments.

  Invoicing was rebuilt from scratch and is a menu of its own, for your whole company and not only for bookings.

  • Sales documents: electronic invoices, invoices to the public administration, credit and debit notes, self-invoices, proformas and receipts. Lines by hand or from bookings, VAT per line, stamp duty, ready-made descriptions, numbering per series, courtesy PDF and FatturaPA XML. Partial payments, overdue, a customer link, an export for your accountant.
  • E-invoicing with YOUR provider: connect your Aruba account in Integrations and send to SDI from the document, with the outcome in real time. With any other provider, download the XML and upload it there.
  • Purchase documents: your suppliers' invoices typed by hand, imported from XML or p7m, or fetched from your Aruba account, with payments and attachments.
  • Cash book: every movement in and out with the running balance and your accounts (bank, cash, card, PayPal, SumUp, myPOS).
  • Online payments: every gateway answer on your bookings in one page.

  List, by customer and by month, on the phone too. Costs live in the same menu.

  Price formula: the run out and back to your garage

  The approach surcharge can now count the two real empty runs: garage to pickup and drop-off to garage. Nothing changes unless you switch it on.

  In the Approach surcharge of the Price formula you can now choose how the empty km are counted. With the option Real run out and back to the garage the quote adds the two runs measured by road: garage to pickup and drop-off to garage, each with its free km.

  Useful when your garage is near neither end of your typical jobs. Existing formulas do not change until you switch it on.

  New booking: enter the transfers that come from other channels

  Phone, WhatsApp, a portal, a partner: enter those transfers in your back office with real addresses, your website price or your own, customer and driver. All your work in one place.

  Not every booking is born on the website: many come by phone, on WhatsApp, from a portal or a partner. From today you enter them in Bookings > New booking and they become bookings in every sense: calendar, drivers, emails, customer registry and statistics work on these too.

  • Customer first: search the registry or type name and phone, and pick the language of the confirmation.
  • Real addresses: the site's locations or any Google address, one way or round trip, passengers.
  • Automatic price: your website's price for every vehicle, with extras, promo code and discounts; when the website does not cover the trip, you type it.
  • Everything else: flight, train or ship, exact address, requests, a passenger other than the customer, already paid, confirmation email yes or no, driver assigned right away.

  These bookings carry the Manual label, so you always know where they came from.
