  Give round-trip bookings an automatic discount

  A new Round-Trip Discount in Dynamic Pricing rewards customers who book a return: set a percentage or a fixed amount, on the return leg only or both legs. One-way customers also get an Add a return and save card at checkout.

  Dynamic Pricing has a new Round-Trip Discount. When a customer books a return, the discount is applied automatically, and you decide how it works:

  • Percentage or fixed amount. Take a percentage off, or a flat amount in your currency.
  • Return leg only, or both legs. Discount just the journey back, or the whole round trip.

  It works alongside everything else you have set up: your night supplement, seasonal and day-of-week pricing, promo codes and payment discounts all still apply. Customers who pick a one-way trip also see an Add a return and save card during checkout, so they can add the return and get the discount in one step.

  Turn it on from Dynamic Pricing.

  Customise the booking summary your customers see

  A new Booking Card section in Website Settings lets you choose the image shown while customers book, a location photo or a photo of each vehicle, and add a card with your Google and TripAdvisor ratings.

  When a customer books on your site, the summary card on the side now follows your choices. In the new Booking Card section you control two things:

  • The image. Keep the location photo, or show a photo of the vehicle that fits the number of passengers. Upload and crop your own photo for each vehicle type, pick one from the built-in gallery, or reposition it any time.
  • Reviews. Turn on a card that shows your Google and TripAdvisor ratings inside the booking summary, so customers see your reviews while they decide.

  You can set it up from Website Settings, under Booking Card. The reviews card uses the ratings you added under Contact & Socials.

  Destination and route page titles now follow real search demand

  Your site's destination and route pages now lead with the exact terms people search on Google. Italian destination pages lead with NCC; route pages lead with the city-to-city wording travellers actually type.

  We looked at official Google search volumes for the Italian market and updated how the destination and route pages on your site are titled, so they lead with the words people actually search.

  • Destination pages now lead with the searched term. On Italian-language sites that means NCC (for example Servizio NCC a Matera), the word Italians type, in place of phrasing with little search demand.
  • Route pages now read naturally and lead with the city-to-city pair people search (for example Transfer da Aeroporto di Bari a Matera), with the NCC service shown just below.

  There is nothing to set up: it applies automatically to every destination and route page. Over time it helps your pages rank on Google and get picked up by AI answer engines for the searches that bring real bookings.

  Connect your Google and TripAdvisor reviews

  You can now link your Google Business Profile and TripAdvisor to your website, so the reviews and ratings you have already earned show up for visitors.

  Your website can now connect to the review platforms where customers already rate you. Add your Google Business Profile (Google reviews) and your TripAdvisor page, with their rating and number of reviews, and they show up on your site as trust signals for visitors who are deciding whether to book.

  You can set it up from Website Settings, under Contact & Socials, in the Reviews block. Paste the link to each profile and fill in the rating and review count.

  You can now show a floating WhatsApp button in the bottom-right corner of your website, so visitors can start a chat from any page. Turn it on in Website Settings, under Contact & Socials.

  The analytics page has been rebuilt. You now get KPI cards for sessions, searches, bookings, revenue, conversion rate and average order value; a daily traffic chart; a funnel from visit to booking; a day-of-week × hour heatmap; and tables for top routes, traffic sources, devices, countries, and UTM campaigns.

  Date filtering is grouped into presets (today, 7d, 30d, 90d) plus a custom range, and the source filter now lets you slice by paid traffic only, including per-platform options for Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Bing Ads.

  Ad attribution is more accurate. The system recognises Google's auto-tagging (gclid), Meta's fbclid and Microsoft's msclkid, so paid traffic is correctly classified even when you don't manually UTM-tag your URLs. Captured UTM parameters now include utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term, and persist across the entire session.
